肋骨疼有不同的因素，首先要看這個患者有沒有外傷，如果是磕了，碰了之后出現(xiàn)的疼痛，首先考慮是不是這個軟組織損傷甚至是肋骨骨折造成的。鑒別肋骨骨折這個方法很簡單就是前后和左右擠壓這個胸廓，如果前后擠壓或者左右擠壓都誘發(fā)了一個地方，一個點的疼痛，那么高度懷疑最初的肋骨可能會有骨折。
那么前后和左右擠壓這個胸廓，如果前后擠壓或者左右擠壓沒有誘發(fā)了一個點的疼痛，那么肋骨骨折的可能性就比較小。肋骨痛要根據(jù)情況如果有外傷的話，建議到醫(yī)院來進(jìn)行檢查，如果是有放射痛的話，更需要仔細(xì)的重視，看是不是有帶狀皰疹或者是有這個胸椎的鍵盤的突出刺激神經(jīng)造成的，如果僅僅是局部的疼痛的話，往往問題不是很大。
