藥物流產(chǎn)一般用于孕囊較小的時候，一般要求孕囊小于2到3公分。藥物流產(chǎn)的方法一般是頭一天服用米非司酮，第二天觀察，第三天服用米索前列醇，服用米索前列醇之后，50%到60%的當(dāng)天會見到孕囊排出，術(shù)后給予抗生素預(yù)防感染，給予益母草類藥物，排除殘留的胎膜組織。兩周后再復(fù)查B超，還有百分之四五十的當(dāng)天看不到孕囊排出。這些病人90%以上在一周之內(nèi)會有孕囊排出，有時非常不明顯，不能發(fā)現(xiàn)，建議術(shù)后一周復(fù)查B超，當(dāng)然有時藥物流產(chǎn)當(dāng)天會有陰道大出血發(fā)生，要當(dāng)場及時的給予清宮。
復(fù)查B超后，如果殘留過大，超過兩三公分，一般需要給予清宮處理。如果殘留小，一般給予活血化瘀的藥物。觀察一段時間，會自己吸收。
