尾骨疼最常見的原因還是外傷引起來的。如果疼痛很明顯，需要做X光片排除骨折。骨折的治療方法，如果有移位可以復(fù)位，沒有移位的病人推正處理。藥物治療，早期使用非甾體類的消炎鎮(zhèn)痛藥扶他林或芬必得，對(duì)疼痛改善會(huì)有幫助。
中藥用一些活血止痛的中藥口服或外用。常用的比如七厘膠囊，好的快。沒有骨折疼痛還是很明顯，一般診斷就是骶尾部的軟組織損傷，治療還是保守治療，使用非甾體類的消炎鎮(zhèn)痛藥，葡萄林或者是芬必得。中藥可以用一些活血止痛的中藥口服或者是外用。疼痛比較頑固的病人，排除骨折或腫瘤的情況以外，還可以用局部封閉的治療。
