腰椎管狹窄的治療包括保守治療和手術(shù)治療。保守治療包括口服西藥或中藥、外用藥、針劑等。癥狀較為嚴重的患者建議手術(shù)治療。
保守治療是口服西藥或中藥、外用藥、針劑等。西藥是非甾體類消炎鎮(zhèn)痛藥，如扶他林、芬必得片等；中藥是具有活血止痛、通絡(luò)作用的中成藥，如大活絡(luò)丹，配合狗皮膏、活血止痛膏外用藥治療。配合脫水藥物，如甘露醇、甘油果糖，以及含有小劑量的激素類藥物，如地塞米松、甲強龍等。
神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)類藥物可輔助治療腰椎管狹窄，如腺苷鈷胺。理療、針炙、推拿等可緩解腰椎管狹窄。癥狀較為嚴重的患者建議手術(shù)治療。
