偏頭痛常見癥狀就是頭痛，但是它并不是像老百姓理解的是一半頭疼。偏頭痛常見的有單側(cè)固定位置的疼痛，也有不固定位置的疼痛；有的疼痛表現(xiàn)為是波動(dòng)性的跳痛，有的疼痛是表現(xiàn)為持續(xù)的悶脹痛。每個(gè)患者疼痛點(diǎn)不完全一樣，常見頭痛的癥狀一般包括額部疼痛、顳部疼痛、枕部疼痛。
一部分患者表現(xiàn)為單純的額部、顳部或者枕部疼痛，也有一部分人表現(xiàn)為混合型多部位的疼痛。疼痛的同時(shí)嚴(yán)重的患者會(huì)伴有惡心、嘔吐，在偏頭痛前期，部分患者會(huì)有先兆癥狀，表現(xiàn)為眼前發(fā)黑或者是眼睛有光感，這是偏頭痛典型的臨床表現(xiàn)。
