直腸癌晚期的癥狀會出現(xiàn)貧血等。直腸癌晚期的癥狀主要分局部癥狀和全身癥狀。
局部癥狀會表現(xiàn)為：
一、肛門有墜脹的感覺，且病人會逐漸有疼痛感；
二、病人排便會越發(fā)困難，起初只是便條變細(xì)，逐步會變成稀便，最后病人可能難以排便。
三、病人會有便血現(xiàn)象。
而從全身的癥狀上看：
一、病人會感到全身性的疲乏，沒有精神；
二、癌性發(fā)燒的產(chǎn)生，即病人不會持續(xù)性的高燒，多呈現(xiàn)中度高熱且持續(xù)時間較短；
三、由于便血。
四、腫瘤的轉(zhuǎn)移的癥狀，如腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移到肝臟可能出現(xiàn)肝區(qū)的疼痛、堵塞了膽道系統(tǒng)時會出現(xiàn)黃疸的癥狀等。
