孩子肚子疼是比較常見的癥狀，孩子肚子疼出現(xiàn)后要注意以下幾個(gè)方面：
第一、小孩除了肚子疼外，是否存在嘔吐、腹瀉、發(fā)燒的癥狀。如果有嘔吐、腹瀉，一般是腸道的疾?。蝗绻邪l(fā)燒、咳嗽，一般是氣管炎、肺炎，他們也會(huì)引起腹痛，這就叫腸道外疾病引起來的腹痛。
第二、除了伴隨癥狀以外，還要觀察疼痛所在的部位，比如闌尾炎、腸梗阻、腸套疊，右下腹是闌尾的部位；腸蛔蟲、腸痙攣都在臍周左右。
第三、注意疼痛持續(xù)時(shí)間的長短，如果持續(xù)很長的時(shí)間，孩子有很痛苦的表現(xiàn)，應(yīng)該及時(shí)到醫(yī)院做一些檢查。
