肛裂需要手術(shù)嗎

通常肛裂先保守治療，保守?zé)o效，再考慮手術(shù)治療。
一般新鮮的肛裂，在臨床上均可通過(guò)保守治療來(lái)達(dá)到治愈目的。如今一些新型藥物可治療陳舊性肛裂，如硝酸甘油軟膏、肉毒毒素，可緩解內(nèi)括約肌痙攣，改善局部血供。以下情況適用手術(shù)治療：
一、反復(fù)用藥物治療后，癥狀沒(méi)有改善，肛裂不愈合。
二、合并其他并發(fā)癥，如皮下瘺管、肛管狹窄、各種結(jié)締組織外痔、肛竇炎、肛乳頭肥大等，因反復(fù)脫出，需手術(shù)治療。
手術(shù)治療是治療肛裂比較好的一種方法，但并非所有肛裂都需手術(shù)治療。
