前列腺癌的晚期癥狀大部分病人以疼痛和小便不暢困難為主，部分患者會出現(xiàn)胸痛、背痛等癥狀。
一、由于腫塊比較大，會壓迫尿道，導(dǎo)致患者排尿困難和尿痛，此時需要做導(dǎo)尿，包括導(dǎo)尿管的檢查，使小便通暢；
二、如果病灶侵犯到局部的直腸、膀胱，可能也有些大便的困難、大便的疼痛和小便的疼痛、肚子疼、腹脹、盆腔感覺特別脹痛等；
三、病灶轉(zhuǎn)移到其地方也會有相應(yīng)的癥狀，如果轉(zhuǎn)移到骨頭會有胸痛、背痛。轉(zhuǎn)移到腦袋會有腦袋的癥狀。前列腺癌主要轉(zhuǎn)移就是以骨轉(zhuǎn)移為主。
