近視激光手術(shù)的危害主要與不適當(dāng)?shù)倪x擇手術(shù)適應(yīng)癥有關(guān)，如手術(shù)時間，如果年齡過早，近視還在不斷的進展，這時把角膜削掉一部分，可能會使得近視的進展更快；年齡過小有潛在圓錐角膜的風(fēng)險，做手術(shù)會使角膜向前膨出的力量更大，增加圓錐角膜的風(fēng)險；高度近視的度數(shù)越高，所需要削掉的角膜組織的厚度越多，安全性會更差，先天角膜比較薄的患者，在選擇手術(shù)時，會產(chǎn)生一系列不安全的隱患。
