指甲上有白點(diǎn)，如果只是少數(shù)的白點(diǎn)是正常的，在人的生長過程和指甲的代謝過程中，是可以出現(xiàn)少部分的白點(diǎn)的，隨著指甲的生長，白點(diǎn)會(huì)逐漸的往上長，往指甲的甲源長，一般沒有問題，不需要特別的關(guān)注。如果多個(gè)指甲出現(xiàn)白點(diǎn)，要及時(shí)就醫(yī)。
部分患者在身體條件不好的時(shí)候如突然發(fā)燒或者有手術(shù)、有重創(chuàng)的時(shí)候，即人體的免疫功能受到重創(chuàng)之后，可能指甲上出現(xiàn)白點(diǎn)，這只是一時(shí)的反應(yīng)，待身體條件調(diào)整好了之后，白點(diǎn)隨著指甲生長而消失，然后會(huì)長出正常的指甲，不需要特別的在意的。
