遠(yuǎn)視和老花眼的區(qū)別

遠(yuǎn)視是由先天發(fā)育造成的，形成原因主要有角膜曲率過平、眼軸過短。而老花眼一般是后天造成，因為人到了45歲后，晶狀體的變形能力下降導(dǎo)致。
遠(yuǎn)視和老花眼是兩種不同機(jī)制。如果5米以外的平行光線進(jìn)入眼睛以后，無法匯聚在視網(wǎng)膜上，而匯聚在視網(wǎng)膜后，就稱為遠(yuǎn)視眼。老花眼是晶狀體變形能力下降，造成了看遠(yuǎn)處清楚、看近處困難的現(xiàn)象。
有了花眼，也不要擔(dān)心，配老花鏡能解決。如果患者有遠(yuǎn)視眼，看遠(yuǎn)處也不清楚，看近處也不清楚，則需要佩戴遠(yuǎn)視眼鏡進(jìn)行視力矯正。
