白內(nèi)障能做近視手術(shù)嗎

當(dāng)患有白內(nèi)障時，不太建議做角膜屈光手術(shù)矯正近視，因為患者肯定需要接受白內(nèi)障手術(shù)，而白內(nèi)障手術(shù)的同時可以把患者的屈光狀態(tài)調(diào)整到正視眼。
如果已經(jīng)患有白內(nèi)障，更好的選擇是直接做白內(nèi)障手術(shù)，矯正近視，而不是做角膜屈光手術(shù)，因為即使做角膜屈光手術(shù)，白內(nèi)障沒有解決，看東西還是不清楚，還需要做白內(nèi)障手術(shù)，做完角膜屈光手術(shù)之后再做白內(nèi)障，給白內(nèi)障手術(shù)增加了困難，特別是在測量方面，會給大夫帶來很大的困擾。
所以建議有白內(nèi)障的近視患者，應(yīng)該首先考慮做屈光性白內(nèi)障手術(shù)。
