隆鼻大概有四種方法：玻尿酸隆鼻、假體隆鼻，假體分硅膠和膨體、以及肋軟骨的隆鼻方法。微創(chuàng)是打玻尿酸，因為效果立竿見影，大概維持半年左右。假體隆鼻分硅膠和膨體，假體的優(yōu)點是比較簡單，風險比較小，取出來也比較方便；缺點就是容易透光，膨體跟假體來比要軟一點，所以它的形態(tài)相對比較自然，但感染機率要比硅膠大。
目前肋軟骨隆鼻的爭論比較多，正規(guī)醫(yī)院或者大醫(yī)院用肋軟骨的病人相對會少一點。市場上做肋軟骨隆鼻的手術比較多，因為肋軟骨可以做成網(wǎng)紅的鼻子，但是千篇一律，并不適應于大多數(shù)的病人。
