精索靜脈曲張是男性的常見疾病。精索靜脈曲張的臨床表現(xiàn)為，精索內(nèi)的蔓狀靜脈叢發(fā)生迂曲擴(kuò)張。精索靜脈曲張?jiān)谀行灾械陌l(fā)病率為10％到15％，尤其在不育人群中，發(fā)病率可占到原發(fā)性不育的35％-40％，占繼發(fā)性不育的70％。精索靜脈曲張有兩個(gè)危害：
第一，影響睪丸功能，睪丸的功能為產(chǎn)生精子和產(chǎn)生雄性激素，若患者患有精索靜脈曲張，可以導(dǎo)致男性精子質(zhì)量下降，以及睪酮水平降低。
第二，精索靜脈曲張可導(dǎo)致患者出現(xiàn)睪丸墜脹疼痛，以及陰囊潮濕的癥狀，以上均為精索靜脈曲張導(dǎo)致的危害。
第一，影響睪丸功能，睪丸的功能為產(chǎn)生精子和產(chǎn)生雄性激素，若患者患有精索靜脈曲張，可以導(dǎo)致男性精子質(zhì)量下降，以及睪酮水平降低。
第二，精索靜脈曲張可導(dǎo)致患者出現(xiàn)睪丸墜脹疼痛，以及陰囊潮濕的癥狀，以上均為精索靜脈曲張導(dǎo)致的危害。
