國(guó)內(nèi)的放療水平、放療規(guī)模、放療流程的精細(xì)化、放療設(shè)備的數(shù)量等，與西方一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家，如美國(guó)存在比較大的差距。主要差距體現(xiàn)在：
一、設(shè)備的數(shù)量差距較大，且放療過(guò)程的質(zhì)控、保障的流程精細(xì)化程度不高；
二、患者的隨訪(fǎng)完成較差，大數(shù)據(jù)的收集不夠嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、完整、規(guī)范，不能形成完善的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)；
三、科研能力、臨床科研能力的投入，與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家差距最為明顯。所以，在臨床科研的投入、流程的質(zhì)控保障、全程管控要求的規(guī)范，包括每臺(tái)機(jī)器需要的人數(shù)、物理師、劑師等一些嚴(yán)格的配置達(dá)不到美國(guó)的要求。
