小孩拉肚子是指大便次數(shù)增加，大便性狀不好。正常的孩子每天有1到2次大便成形，為正常狀態(tài)。如果小孩大便次數(shù)增多，且大便不再成形，出現(xiàn)稀便或稀水便，說明孩子出現(xiàn)腹瀉。拉肚子的原因主要有病毒感染，例如秋季腹瀉，常見的輪狀病毒引起稀水便。
細(xì)菌感染引起的腸道細(xì)菌性腸炎，一般為膿血便。小孩拉肚子一些食物不耐受，或食物過敏引起的過敏性腸炎，反復(fù)腹瀉，會(huì)伴有血便或膿血便。不同的原因引起的拉肚子，治療不同。原則主要是對(duì)癥治療。在飲食上，應(yīng)注意清淡、易消化飲食。
