腰椎間盤(pán)突出的治療分為手術(shù)治療和非手術(shù)治療。非手術(shù)治療占絕大多數(shù)，分為很多種，第一種為藥物，中、西藥均可以，但療效較慢，主要為營(yíng)養(yǎng)神經(jīng)以及止疼藥。第二種為理療，西醫(yī)認(rèn)為理療按摩、電療均可達(dá)到效果，中醫(yī)牽引、針灸、按摩、正骨也可以達(dá)到效果。腰椎間盤(pán)突出的治療分為幾個(gè)層次，首先為增強(qiáng)肌肉力量，腰椎間盤(pán)突出為神經(jīng)根周?chē)∪庖鸬陌Y狀，只要解決肌肉問(wèn)題即可治愈。其次為手術(shù)治療，建議選擇微創(chuàng)。正骨治療、牽引也有很好的效果。
