三叉神經(jīng)痛會自愈嗎

三叉神經(jīng)痛一般不太可能自愈，如果不治療，病情可逐漸加重，疼痛發(fā)作次數(shù)漸頻繁，甚至數(shù)分鐘發(fā)作一次，以致終日不止。盡管有部分患者起初疼痛了一段時(shí)間，后來治療了一段時(shí)間后，疼痛再沒有復(fù)發(fā)，過了幾個月甚至幾年，疼痛還是復(fù)發(fā)了。三叉神經(jīng)的病因可能有：95%的患者是由于三叉神經(jīng)根部受到異常的血管壓迫（包括動脈和靜脈血管）；三叉神經(jīng)周圍腫瘤壓迫引起三叉神經(jīng)痛；帶狀皰疹引起的三叉神經(jīng)痛。因此，當(dāng)明確診斷為三叉神經(jīng)痛滿半年，就不會自愈，畢竟壓迫三叉神經(jīng)的血管不可能自行分離。
