血壓高艾灸哪里

血壓高艾灸部位需根據(jù)高血壓類型決定，只有痰濕壅盛、腎陽不足情況，可用艾灸治療。有實熱證病人不適合艾灸治療。
一、痰濕壅盛，中醫(yī)認(rèn)為脾是生痰之源。要解決痰濕壅盛問題，要灸與健脾、利濕有關(guān)穴位，如中脘穴、足三里穴、豐隆穴，都是利濕最好穴位。陰陵泉穴位，可治療痰濕壅盛型高血壓；
二、腎陽不足型高血壓，需要溫腎陽，可灸關(guān)元穴、氣海穴。后背腧穴，如腎俞穴、關(guān)元俞，都可用來治療腎陽不足型高血壓；
三、若是肝陽上亢、肝火上炎高血壓，即有實熱證病人不適宜艾灸治療。
