中醫(yī)認為高血壓跟什么有關

高血壓發(fā)生中醫(yī)認為跟三個臟器，心、肝、腎關系密切。
中醫(yī)認為高血壓屬于“頭痛”、“眩暈”范疇。高血壓是有血壓計出現(xiàn)以后才有的診斷名詞，所以在古代的文獻里沒有記載。眩暈和頭痛在中醫(yī)古籍有很多記載，如在2000多年前的《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》里，就有關于眩暈、頭痛記載。
一、“故咸者，脈弦也”，即吃咸太多會出現(xiàn)弦脈。弦脈是摸脈時，脈相比較硬，如射箭弓玄一樣，比較緊、比較硬。弦脈在病人出現(xiàn)動脈硬化時，特別容易出現(xiàn)；
二、“諸風掉眩，皆屬于肝”，即眩暈出現(xiàn)，認為跟肝經(jīng)、肝臟有關系，高血壓很多病人都會出現(xiàn)頭暈情況；
三、“無痰不作?！保@類眩暈多考慮和痰濕有關系。
