什么是無精癥

精子在睪丸的曲細精管中產(chǎn)生，睪丸產(chǎn)生后受到大腦的調(diào)控，待精子成熟后再排出。無精癥就是指男性沒有精子。因此，精子的生成有大腦調(diào)控問題、有睪丸本身的生產(chǎn)問題，還有生產(chǎn)完后運輸?shù)膯栴}，如果三個環(huán)節(jié)中任何一個環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)問題，都可能會導致無精子癥。
如果患者睪丸本身較小不生產(chǎn)精子，就是無精癥；如果正常，但是患者有感染因素，附睪的梗阻、精囊的梗阻、輸精管狹窄，也可能導致無精癥。此外，睪丸前性的疾病、下丘腦垂體的疾病，也可能導致無精癥。
所以，無精癥的原因從睪丸區(qū)分可分為睪丸本身、睪丸后性、睪丸前性三方面的原因。
