蛀牙洞里長出的贅生物就是蛀牙息肉，有牙髓和牙齦增生都會形成蛀牙息肉。齲洞破壞到牙神經(jīng)后，引起慢性疼痛，初始疼痛不明顯，但牙髓增生會形成息肉，當(dāng)食物嵌入或受冷熱刺激時，都會有明顯疼痛。牙髓來源性蛀牙息肉最明顯的癥狀是出血，一碰就可能出血。
牙齦增生到窩洞，疼痛不太劇烈，也會有出血的癥狀，食物堪塞后患者會有腫脹感。
患者長了主牙息肉應(yīng)該去醫(yī)院就診，將牙息肉去掉，再進(jìn)行牙洞充填。
