蟲牙牙齒酸痛是比較常見的現(xiàn)象，患者還會出現(xiàn)局部齲洞、進食困難等情況。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)了牙齒有牙洞，已經(jīng)發(fā)生冷熱酸甜的敏感或者出現(xiàn)食物嵌塞疼痛的癥狀，患者應該去醫(yī)院做進一步的診治。如果檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)沒有明顯的齲洞只是敏感，可以先試用脫敏劑如脫敏牙膏、專業(yè)的脫敏劑等；如果發(fā)現(xiàn)是齲洞或者是蟲牙，應該去醫(yī)院就診，有牙結(jié)石、牙菌斑，應及時去除。一般的去除是進行自我去除，即每天早晚刷牙，然后飯后漱口，再有患者要定期去醫(yī)院檢查。
