肩袖損傷手術(shù)最早是一個(gè)完全的開(kāi)放性手術(shù)，因?yàn)閿嗔训募‰鞎?huì)回縮，會(huì)從肱骨頭的外側(cè)緣這個(gè)溝回縮到了肱骨頭內(nèi)，甚至有的會(huì)回縮到關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)，手術(shù)就是要把這個(gè)回縮的肌腱拉出來(lái)，再縫合到原來(lái)的位置。后來(lái)逐漸的可以用小切口進(jìn)而發(fā)展到了在關(guān)節(jié)鏡下邊微創(chuàng)在輔助一個(gè)小切口，把縫回去，直到現(xiàn)在可以完全在關(guān)節(jié)鏡下邊縫合不是特別大的，這種巨大的肩袖損傷都可以在關(guān)節(jié)鏡下完成。
如果有巨大的缺損，肩袖損傷時(shí)間比較長(zhǎng)，病人可能還是要輔助一個(gè)小切口，同時(shí)進(jìn)行肌腱的移位，把肩胛下肌切下來(lái)一部分，轉(zhuǎn)位到岡上肌的部位，替代部分功能。
