慢性胃炎是否會(huì)導(dǎo)致胃癌要看胃炎的類(lèi)型。慢性淺表性胃炎多半與胃癌沒(méi)有關(guān)系，但是如果到了萎縮性胃炎，這就是癌前病變，包括胃潰瘍也是癌前病變。所以如果一個(gè)人患上萎縮性胃炎，一定要按照醫(yī)生的指引定期的復(fù)查，以免進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)腸化生、異型增生，出現(xiàn)低級(jí)別瘤變、高級(jí)別瘤變，或者出現(xiàn)早期的胃癌。
這種情況如果早期發(fā)現(xiàn)，可以徹底治愈。所以，如果一個(gè)病人有慢性萎縮性胃炎或者是有胃潰瘍，一定要按照醫(yī)生的醫(yī)囑，進(jìn)行定期的隨訪和復(fù)查，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)有可能有癌變的情況。
