胃淋巴瘤和胃癌都屬于惡性腫瘤。但還是有一些區(qū)別，區(qū)別一：胃癌的來源是胃的上皮細(xì)胞或者是胃的腺體細(xì)胞，而淋巴瘤來源于胃的淋巴細(xì)胞。
區(qū)別二：惡性程度和治療方法。胃在早期的時候要經(jīng)過手術(shù)治療，中晚期的療效比較差；淋巴瘤的早期分兩種類型，一種是惡性程度比較低的，叫粘膜相關(guān)的淋巴瘤，這是比較常見的一種。還有一種叫彌漫大B淋巴瘤也比較多見，胃其他類型的淋巴瘤都比較少見，這兩種類型還是很有代表性的。
粘膜相關(guān)的淋巴瘤的主要原因是由于幽門螺旋桿菌感染造成，早期用抗菌素治療，而且五年生存率也很高，在80%左右。如果是中晚期可以用化療放療的方法，彌漫大B細(xì)胞淋巴瘤是一種惡性程度偏高的這種胃的淋巴瘤，這種病人主要是通過化療，也可以結(jié)合放療或者靶向治療，甚至造血干細(xì)胞移植治療等等得到比較好的療效。
