耳石癥雖然痛苦，但是現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有了很好的治療方法。該方法不需服藥，可以說(shuō)是立竿見(jiàn)影。這種治療方法叫做手法復(fù)位治療，是把進(jìn)入半規(guī)管的耳石顆粒，用物理的方法把它轉(zhuǎn)回橢圓囊。要根據(jù)不同的耳石顆粒，設(shè)計(jì)有不同的復(fù)位方法。后半規(guī)管、水平半規(guī)管、上半規(guī)管和前庭型耳石，復(fù)位方法都不一樣。尤其是多個(gè)半規(guī)管耳石，要結(jié)合很多種復(fù)位方法組合進(jìn)行。
耳石癥是一種非常常見(jiàn)的眩暈性疾病，它的特點(diǎn)是頭一動(dòng)就頭暈。它的機(jī)制是耳石顆粒病理性脫落，從橢圓囊進(jìn)入半規(guī)管，當(dāng)頭部活動(dòng)時(shí)，半規(guī)管里面的耳石顆粒移動(dòng)，刺激神經(jīng)末梢導(dǎo)致頭暈。
