治療高血壓腎病需要使用降血壓藥物以及保腎的藥物同時(shí)治療。
高血壓腎病實(shí)際上這是兩個(gè)病，第一是高血壓，第二是高血壓引起的腎病叫高血壓腎病，它是繼發(fā)性腎病。由于一個(gè)病導(dǎo)致了第二個(gè)病就稱之繼發(fā)性的病。治療繼發(fā)性的疾病時(shí)一定要注意原發(fā)病。
高血壓引起的腎病，治療時(shí)一定是兩個(gè)病一起治。中醫(yī)在降血壓方面有些藥，血壓不太高時(shí)中醫(yī)治療效果還很不錯(cuò)，即使血壓很高，西藥加中藥效果更好。所以，一定要注意先控制好血壓，再加上一些保腎的中藥。根據(jù)體質(zhì)找中醫(yī)大夫看一看，舌頭如果很暗，上面有淤點(diǎn)就說明有淤血，那就要用活血的藥，同時(shí)治療腎病和高血壓效果才能好。
