乳腺增生是一種生理狀態(tài)，乳腺增生主要與內(nèi)分泌功能紊亂有關(guān)。
女性在受孕之前，乳腺導(dǎo)管上皮細(xì)胞會(huì)不斷水腫、增生、增厚，包括小葉上皮細(xì)胞也在做準(zhǔn)備。細(xì)胞周?chē)鷮?duì)神經(jīng)末梢有擠壓作用，表現(xiàn)為乳房腫脹、疼痛，胎兒九個(gè)月到十個(gè)月時(shí)，乳房也逐漸繼續(xù)增生。
孩子出生后，乳房已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備非常成熟，就可以有乳汁。來(lái)月經(jīng)后，乳房就增生、增厚，水腫的上皮細(xì)胞就開(kāi)始萎縮，萎縮對(duì)周?chē)窠?jīng)壓迫減少，乳房疼痛就會(huì)減輕、腫脹減輕。這是一種生理性的狀態(tài)，但很多人把乳腺增生當(dāng)做一種疾病，是不合適的。
