視網(wǎng)膜脫落后，會(huì)出現(xiàn)眼壓低、炎癥更重、癥狀混淆、腫瘤、其他的問題。
視網(wǎng)膜脫落分為孔源性視網(wǎng)膜脫落，滲出性視網(wǎng)膜脫落，牽拉性視網(wǎng)膜脫落。最常見的視網(wǎng)膜脫落是孔源性視網(wǎng)膜脫落，孔源性視網(wǎng)膜脫落是視網(wǎng)膜出現(xiàn)裂孔，液化的玻璃體轉(zhuǎn)移到視網(wǎng)膜，會(huì)出現(xiàn)眼壓低的情況。
患者裂孔較大，病程較長，眼壓會(huì)很低，眼壓低會(huì)使得炎癥更重，眼壓進(jìn)一步降低，甚至形成惡性循環(huán)，導(dǎo)致視網(wǎng)膜脫落的癥狀混淆，引起脈絡(luò)膜脫離混淆成腫瘤或者是混淆成其他的問題。出現(xiàn)視網(wǎng)膜脫離后，患者應(yīng)盡快治療。
