先天性白內(nèi)障手術(shù)對孩子視力及發(fā)育影響很小，可以不做手術(shù)；出生后影響視力比較明顯，容易發(fā)生瞳孔白，視力很差，眼睛會有斜視或者是眼球震顫等癥狀，必須要進行手術(shù)。
有震顫則說明已經(jīng)較晚，越早手術(shù)效果越好，現(xiàn)在兒童的篩查、視力的篩查是很重要的部分，能發(fā)現(xiàn)相當一部分患者有先天性白內(nèi)障，發(fā)現(xiàn)嚴重影響視力，包括全白內(nèi)障或者是后級部的白內(nèi)障，一般手術(shù)越早越好。
先天性白內(nèi)障根據(jù)病情程度不同表現(xiàn)癥狀有所差異，對孩子的影響也不一樣，是否需要手術(shù)治療根據(jù)癥狀來決定。
