骨巨細胞瘤是原發(fā)于骨的良性腫瘤，主要好發(fā)于40歲左右的人群，骨巨細胞瘤的病理特點是病變組織內(nèi)有很多的巨細胞，因此命名為骨巨細胞瘤。
骨巨細胞瘤是清晰性很強的腫瘤，在早期通常沒有癥狀，當發(fā)現(xiàn)癥狀時骨質(zhì)破壞已經(jīng)較為嚴重。骨巨細胞瘤治療要徹底地刮除病灶，再根據(jù)病變部位的確診程度，制定相應(yīng)的重建方法，通常是刮除骨水泥填充，或鋼板內(nèi)固定。
骨水泥能夠很快地給患者提供堅強的內(nèi)固定，讓患者及時恢復(fù)功能， 恢復(fù)患者日常生活。骨巨細胞瘤的復(fù)發(fā)率很高，因此徹底刮除至關(guān)重要。
