長痤瘡的原因

痤瘡俗稱為痘痘或者是青春痘。有很多人在青春期以后，會(huì)發(fā)生痤瘡，是因?yàn)榈搅诉@個(gè)年齡段以后，性腺開始發(fā)育，性激素分泌會(huì)逐漸增多，皮脂腺受到性腺的控制，分泌就會(huì)增多，皮膚出油增多，就容易形成皮膚的角化異常，堵塞毛囊口，從而造成粉刺的形成。如果粉刺沒有得到及時(shí)的處理，患者沒有及時(shí)去治療，當(dāng)粉刺合并細(xì)菌的感染，或者是誘發(fā)了炎癥反應(yīng)之后，會(huì)變紅，會(huì)形成炎癥性的丘疹。
如果患者丘疹的炎癥反應(yīng)比較嚴(yán)重，可能就會(huì)在丘疹內(nèi)導(dǎo)致囊腫的形成。如果囊腫的炎癥反應(yīng)，進(jìn)一步產(chǎn)生加重的情況，囊腫聚合，就會(huì)形成囊腫性的痤瘡。所以，痤瘡的形成，首先是和個(gè)體的年齡段以及皮脂腺的分泌有一定關(guān)系，這是一個(gè)長痤瘡的根本原因。
