重度子癇前期患者在懷孕過程中，出現(xiàn)高血壓，同時出現(xiàn)蛋白尿和一些臨床癥狀，孕婦會出現(xiàn)頭暈、頭疼、上腹部不適，有些患者還有水腫現(xiàn)象。
一旦入院確診為重度子癇前期，首先迅速給予硫酸鎂治療，本品是當前治療子癇前期或者是重度子癇前期的首選解痙藥物。必要時需要進行局部按揉或者熱敷，有利于肌肉組織對于藥物的吸收。同時，合并降壓鎮(zhèn)靜等藥物進行治療。
阿司匹林是解熱鎮(zhèn)痛類藥物，能起到解熱鎮(zhèn)痛、抗炎的作用，藥效迅速。用藥后藥效穩(wěn)定，較少產(chǎn)生過敏反應，對于重度子癇前期效果特別明顯。用藥時應與食物同服，也可溫水沖服，可以減少對于胃腸的刺激，用藥期間謹防不良反應出現(xiàn)。針對病情過于嚴重的患者，應結(jié)合患者的孕周以及病情的輕重，考慮終止妊娠，以免影響到胎兒性命。
