對于患有川崎病的病人，并沒有特異的實驗室檢查。通常情況下，川崎病患者可以進(jìn)行血常規(guī)，以及血液學(xué)的檢查。當(dāng)川崎病的患者進(jìn)行免疫學(xué)檢查的時候，可以出現(xiàn)血清IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE升高的情況?；颊哌M(jìn)行心電圖檢查的時候，可以出現(xiàn)ST-T段的改變。川崎病患者的胸片，可以見到有間質(zhì)性的改變。川崎病患者如果進(jìn)行超聲心動圖的檢查，在急性期可以看見有心包積液、左室擴(kuò)大，二尖瓣、主動脈瓣或者是三尖瓣的反流。冠狀動脈的病變有冠脈擴(kuò)張、冠狀動脈瘤以及冠狀動脈狹窄。
心電圖的表現(xiàn)可以出現(xiàn)竇性心動過速，非特異性的ST-T段的改變，或者出現(xiàn)房室傳導(dǎo)阻滯以及異常的Q波，冠狀動脈造影。超聲檢查顯示出冠脈瘤，或者說心電圖有心肌缺血的表現(xiàn)時候，可以選擇冠脈造影。
