高尿酸腎病是怎么回事

高尿酸與高血壓、高血脂、高血糖，可以合稱為四高。由于無尿酸內(nèi)源性產(chǎn)生過多，或者是攝入過多，或者是尿酸清除率減少所導(dǎo)致，均可以引起患者高尿酸腎病的出現(xiàn)。由于尿酸及其鹽類沉積于腎臟的部位，可以導(dǎo)致患者尿酸腎病的出現(xiàn)。因此，高尿酸腎病，不僅僅是尿酸腎病，以及痛風(fēng)，有診斷參考意義的生化指標(biāo)，而且也是重要的病理生理基礎(chǔ)。
如果患者長時間地發(fā)生血尿酸增高的情況，就可以出現(xiàn)很多的危害。比如長時間出現(xiàn)血尿酸增高，可以加重高血壓、糖尿病的發(fā)生。這種情況，對于患者腎臟的損害主要表現(xiàn)在，患者可以出現(xiàn)急性腎衰、慢性腎臟病、慢性的腎功能不全、尿酸結(jié)石，以及梗阻性腎病等情況。目前，高尿酸血癥這種疾病，越來越能夠受到人們的重視。
