腹腔鏡下的膽囊切除術(shù)，是屬于膽囊手術(shù)的一種方式。對(duì)于膽囊結(jié)石患者的手術(shù)治療方法，在國(guó)內(nèi)相當(dāng)一部分的醫(yī)院里面，都是進(jìn)行膽囊切除術(shù)。最早開展的膽囊切除手術(shù)，是通過開腹的方式來進(jìn)行的手術(shù)，在上個(gè)世紀(jì)90年代以前，在我國(guó)基本上，都是通過打開肚子的方法，然后把膽囊切除，然后再分開縫住。從92年以后，我們國(guó)家就在各地陸續(xù)開展了腹腔鏡下的膽囊切除術(shù)，簡(jiǎn)而言之，就是采用腹腔鏡的方法，把膽囊切除掉。
一般情況下，采用腹腔鏡方法的優(yōu)勢(shì)就是，不像原來需要打開患者的肚子，來切除膽囊，而是可以在患者肚子的某幾個(gè)部位，打幾個(gè)孔。一般來說，常用的方法，就是三孔法，或者是四孔法，把膽囊切除掉，這種手術(shù)的治療方法，是屬于一種微創(chuàng)手術(shù)。
