切口疝的癥狀有哪些

大部分患有切口疝的病人，不會出現(xiàn)特殊的癥狀。在腹壁的切口處，出現(xiàn)腫物突出，是切口疝患者的主要癥狀。一般情況下，當患者在站立以及用力的時候，突出的癥狀會比較明顯。而當患者平臥的時候，就會縮小或者是消失。當切口疝患者的疝塊比較大，并且出現(xiàn)較多的臟器以及組織突出的時候，患者就可以出現(xiàn)腹部隱痛、牽拉下墜感等不適癥狀，有部分病人還可以伴有食欲減退、惡心、焦慮等癥狀。
另外，疝內容物可以與腹膜外的腹壁組織發(fā)生粘連，而成為難復性疝，有時可以出現(xiàn)不完全性腸梗阻的表現(xiàn)。有少數疝環(huán)小的病人，可以發(fā)生嵌頓的情況。不完全性腸梗阻，是切口疝的常見并發(fā)癥。因切口疝內容物一般為腸管和（或）大網膜與疝囊及彼此的反復摩擦極易發(fā)生粘連，而致不完全性腸梗阻。
另外，疝內容物可以與腹膜外的腹壁組織發(fā)生粘連，而成為難復性疝，有時可以出現(xiàn)不完全性腸梗阻的表現(xiàn)。有少數疝環(huán)小的病人，可以發(fā)生嵌頓的情況。不完全性腸梗阻，是切口疝的常見并發(fā)癥。因切口疝內容物一般為腸管和（或）大網膜與疝囊及彼此的反復摩擦極易發(fā)生粘連，而致不完全性腸梗阻。
