什么是疝

一般來講，疝的出現(xiàn)，是由于腹壁或者是組織出現(xiàn)缺損、破洞或者是薄弱的地方，或者是先天形成的缺損、孔隙或者是薄弱點。腹腔的臟器，或者是內(nèi)容物，或者是其他的東西，可以通過這個洞，或者是薄弱的地方鉆出來，而形成一個鼓包，對于這種情況，就可以叫做疝氣。常見的疝，可以包括臍疝、腹股溝疝、切口疝、白線疝以及股疝等。
腹壁疝的出現(xiàn)，大多是由于咳嗽、噴嚏、用力過度、腹部肥胖、用力排便、妊娠、小兒過度啼哭以及老年腹壁強度退行性變等原因引起。當患者出現(xiàn)腹內(nèi)壓增高的情況，能夠迫使腹腔內(nèi)的游離臟器，比如小腸、盲腸、大網(wǎng)膜、膀胱、卵巢以及輸卵管等臟器，通過人體正?；蛘呤遣徽５谋∪觞c，或者是缺損、孔隙，就可以進入人體的另一部位。
