如何盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)胃癌

胃癌患者本身，是不會出現(xiàn)非常特異性的癥狀，除非是患者出現(xiàn)非常特殊的情況，比方說患者的癌，是長在胃的入口處，或者是出口的地方，即長在賁門，或者是幽門這個位置，這樣，患者可能就會出現(xiàn)進食的飽脹感，或者是梗阻的情況。如果說腫瘤本身，正好長在這種地方，腐蝕了血管，患者可能還會有出血的癥狀出現(xiàn)，也就是提示患者的胃出現(xiàn)問題。但是，大部分的胃癌患者，會沒有感覺，或者是會沒有特異性的癥狀出現(xiàn)。
所以，想要發(fā)現(xiàn)早期胃癌的辦法，就是進行胃鏡檢查。對于高危的病人，或者說是有上腹部不適，或者消化不良癥狀的患者來說，應該要及早去醫(yī)院進行檢查，最重要的檢查是進行胃鏡檢查。胃鏡檢查，是唯一能夠幫助患者在早期發(fā)現(xiàn)胃癌的最主要的檢查方法。
