肝癌射頻消融術(shù)，是一種有創(chuàng)的治療方法，它是通過物理的辦法，對(duì)肝腫瘤部位進(jìn)行高溫殺死。雖然效果不錯(cuò)，但總體來說，還是會(huì)留下一些后遺癥。首先就是肝部位好的細(xì)胞，也被一并燒死。其次對(duì)于肝周邊部位的細(xì)胞，也會(huì)造成一定的損傷。最后就是射頻消融不徹底，造成復(fù)發(fā)。
因?yàn)樯漕l消融術(shù)是一種物理性的治療方法，只是利用局部的高溫、高熱，把腫瘤細(xì)胞燒死，并沒有讓肝癌患者體內(nèi)引入新的藥物或試劑，所以對(duì)于肝癌患者的整個(gè)身體，一般不會(huì)產(chǎn)生長(zhǎng)期的后遺癥。如果在進(jìn)行射頻消融術(shù)的過程中，產(chǎn)生并發(fā)癥，能夠在短期內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)，比如出血、感染、膽瘺等，可以在治療后一到兩天發(fā)現(xiàn)。若出現(xiàn)射頻后針道種植轉(zhuǎn)移，在治療后一年到兩年出現(xiàn)，但是很少在治療后很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間內(nèi)，還會(huì)產(chǎn)生后遺癥。
