其實大多數(shù)患有高血脂的病人，都沒有明顯的癥狀。因為高脂血癥本身，并不會直接造成患者臨床癥狀的出現(xiàn)。但是，高脂血癥引起的一些臨床危害，其實都是屬于它的癥狀。主要可以包括以下幾點：
第一，高血脂可以引起患者冠心病的出現(xiàn)，能夠導致心絞痛、高血壓的發(fā)生，患者就可能會出現(xiàn)頭暈的癥狀；
第二，還有一些病人，會因為血液粘稠度的增高，主訴自己經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)頭暈、頭發(fā)沉、腦子不清醒以及智力下降等情況；
第三，一般來說，高血脂這種疾病，能夠引發(fā)血管內(nèi)皮細胞損傷的發(fā)生，能夠使得患者血管壁的通透性增高，可以導致腎小球硬化的情況發(fā)生，能夠危害人體腎功能的正常工作；
第四，除此之外，高血脂這種疾病，能夠引起急性胰腺炎的出現(xiàn)，可以造成患者上腹痛的情況發(fā)生。
