膽結(jié)石的治療方法

對(duì)于有癥狀和（或）并發(fā)癥的膽結(jié)石，首選膽囊切除術(shù)治療。腹腔鏡膽囊切除已是常規(guī)手術(shù)，具有損傷小、恢復(fù)快、疼痛輕、瘢痕不易發(fā)現(xiàn)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。對(duì)于病情復(fù)雜或沒有腹腔鏡設(shè)備的醫(yī)院，也可做開腹膽囊切除。
下列情況應(yīng)考慮手術(shù)治療：
第一，結(jié)石數(shù)量多及結(jié)石直徑≥2~3cm；
第二，膽囊壁鈣化或瓷性膽囊；
第三，伴有膽囊息肉≥1cm；
第四，膽囊壁增厚（>3mm）即伴有慢性膽囊炎。
對(duì)于單發(fā)的膽結(jié)石，膽囊功能較好，可以采取保膽取石，即切除石頭，保留膽囊。但是保守治療必須有嚴(yán)格的適應(yīng)癥，否則膽結(jié)石容易復(fù)發(fā)。
