懷孕后初期，感覺不到胎動(dòng)，大部分在懷孕18周后才會(huì)有胎動(dòng)，個(gè)別在較早孕周感覺有小的胎動(dòng)，但和腸管蠕動(dòng)難以鑒別，所以18周后，有些能明顯感覺孩子在宮內(nèi)有活動(dòng)，隨孕周增大，孩子逐漸發(fā)育完善，胎動(dòng)次數(shù)、幅度會(huì)明顯增加。
如準(zhǔn)媽媽在懷孕18周后仍然沒感覺到胎動(dòng)，也不用著急，可通過超聲或胎心檢查證明胎兒存活就很好，如不放心也可進(jìn)一步超聲檢查。但是有些腹壁過厚或者是肥胖的媽媽，或者是沒有生育經(jīng)歷的媽媽，可能對(duì)胎動(dòng)最初出現(xiàn)的辨別差一些，所以不用過度緊張。
