腦血栓的治療方法，在急性期主要是溶栓、抗血小板，以及血管內治療，一般要嚴格控制時間；靜脈溶栓一般最佳在三小時以內，不超過六小時，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)有大動脈閉塞，涉及到頸內動脈、大腦中動脈、椎動脈等，這種大血管的病變，還可以通過微創(chuàng)介入治療開通血管。過了急性期后，開始進行神經(jīng)功能的康復，如有言語障礙、吞咽障礙，要針對言語障礙、吞咽障礙進行康復鍛煉，肢體運動障礙要進行肢體的康復鍛煉。二級預防主要就是針對疾病的病因進行針對性控制。
