突發(fā)性耳聾主要有三大類癥狀，聽力下降、耳鳴和眩暈。突發(fā)性耳聾一般多見于老年人，但是也可能發(fā)生在年輕人身上。往往伴有眩暈的突發(fā)性耳聾病人，可能會與梅尼埃病相混淆。尤其是在疾病早期，眩暈的癥狀表現(xiàn)得非常強烈，可能會忽略了耳聾的存在。等到眩暈的癥狀得到控制的時候，患者才發(fā)現(xiàn)耳朵已經(jīng)聽不見了。所以三種癥狀是以聽力下降為主，也可以是聽力下降伴眩暈，也可以是以眩暈為主或者是眩暈伴聽力下降。但耳聾、眩暈和耳鳴相互有關(guān)聯(lián)，可以合并發(fā)生，也可以僅僅是聽力下降為主。
