面癱不一定是中風(fēng)，中樞性面癱多見于腦中風(fēng)，周圍性的面癱它可能是由于面部營養(yǎng)神經(jīng)的血管，因受風(fēng)寒發(fā)生痙攣，導(dǎo)致神經(jīng)組織缺血水腫受壓而致病，或者是發(fā)病前患側(cè)頭部受到過冷風(fēng)冷水的刺激，還有一部分患者發(fā)病前后有病毒感染的跡象。
