一般情況下，盆腔炎是否會推遲月經(jīng)與病情程度、患者情緒相關(guān)。如果盆腔炎較輕微，患者情緒穩(wěn)定通常不會推遲月經(jīng)；如果病情程度較嚴(yán)重，患者高度緊張、情緒激動可能會導(dǎo)致月經(jīng)推遲。
1、不會：盆腔炎指的是病原體感染女性內(nèi)生殖器而出現(xiàn)了炎癥，其主要癥狀是小腹部墜痛、腰部酸痛，如果癥狀較輕微，一般不會影響到子宮內(nèi)膜，并且患者保持良好的心態(tài)，積極接受治療，一般不會出現(xiàn)月經(jīng)推遲的情況。
2、會：如果盆腔炎較為嚴(yán)重，可能會影響到子宮內(nèi)膜和卵巢功能，引起激素和正常周期的變化，從而出現(xiàn)月經(jīng)推遲的現(xiàn)象；如果此時患者長時間熬夜、精神壓力較大，導(dǎo)致內(nèi)分泌失調(diào)，也會出現(xiàn)月經(jīng)推遲。
建議患有盆腔炎的患者，及時就醫(yī)，在醫(yī)生的指導(dǎo)下使用婦炎康膠囊、宮血寧膠囊、婦科千金片等藥物來進(jìn)行治療。
