做完手術(shù)以后轉(zhuǎn)氨酶升高是一種相對比較常見的現(xiàn)象，轉(zhuǎn)酶的升高可能存在多種原因。
首先，如果是肝臟或者涉及膽道手術(shù)，在手術(shù)之前本身肝臟是有一定損傷的，手術(shù)過程中也會對肝細(xì)胞造成進(jìn)一步打擊，所以手術(shù)后轉(zhuǎn)氨酶升高是一種非常正常的現(xiàn)象。
隨著手術(shù)后時間的延長，肝功能逐步恢復(fù)以后，轉(zhuǎn)氨酶就會逐漸接近正常。如果是其他部位比如像心臟，肺部甚至是肢體的手術(shù)，手術(shù)以后轉(zhuǎn)氨酶一般不會有明顯的升高。一般經(jīng)過積極的治療，轉(zhuǎn)氨酶都會逐漸的下降恢復(fù)到正常。
